How to manage course enrollment plugins on the site level in Moodle 2.

Review the existing enrollment plugin modules.

Each module provides a different way to assign users into courses. Open the eye icon to enable it and click "Settings" to configure the plugin.

By default, most Moodlerooms sites offer Manual Enrollments or Conduit as the default plugins.

Manual enrollment allows instructors to enroll users through the "assign users" link in the course administration panel.

The Conduit plugin enrolls users into courses using webservices or batch files from a student information or registration system.
